The Lumex Deluxe Clinical Care Recliner is ideal for clinical and acute care settings. It provides the best value while being engineered for maximum patient comfort, durability, and ease of use. It features a contoured back to support the patient comfortably in all three positions: upright, first recline and second recline. Red color-coded side pedals quickly put the patient into the Trendelenburg position while allowing the caregiver to maintain eye contact with the patient. Fold-down side tables with smooth surfaces and removable side panels for easy cleaning.

It provides three patient comfort positions: Upright, First recline, Second/full recline. It also provides a fourth Trendelenburg/shock position, which is activated by the caregiver rather than the patient.
The Trendelenburg position can be quickly activated using the recliner's red color-coded side pedal. This allows the caregiver to position the patient while maintaining visual contact.
The wide, contoured seat and back are designed to provide supportive positioning and comfort during treatment, rest, reading, and other clinical activities.
An integrated leg and footrest supports the patient's lower legs when the recliner is positioned for rest or treatment.

Well made chair. Good height for adult to sit down and get up with minimal assistance. The company is responsive to assist with questions and concerns. My husband loved a chair exactly like this in an infusion clinic but when a new one arrived at home, he was felt it was different and not as comfortable. Perhaps the clinic chair was worn-in better. He especially doesnt like that he cannot adjust the chair himself. His memory was that he could adjust the clinic chair. It is a wonderful chair with the trays, the easy movement wheels, the many positions, but we have decided not to buy another chair until he is first able to go sit in it himself
