Warranty claims should be made through the dealer or distributor from whom the product was purchased. Claims should only be made to the manufacturer if the product was purchased directly from us.
The warranty does not cover:

Wearing parts (i.e., tires, inner tubes, and bearings) are not covered by this guarantee.
