For an upright walker, the arm pads should sit just below your elbows when you stand tall with shoulders relaxed and arms bent at about 90°. The Nitro Neuro adjusts from 44.3" to 52.6" at the armrest, comfortably fitting most users from roughly 5'0" to 6'4".
