The Lumex® Multi-Position Open Padded Raised Toilet Seat by Graham Field provides an adjustable and comfortable toileting solution for individuals who have difficulty sitting down or standing up from the toilet. Its unique open-seat design features a 4¾-inch front opening that facilitates perineal cleaning and bowel training, while the seat can be rotated to front, side, or rear mounting positions for greater access. The thick, heat-sealed padded seat provides additional comfort, and adjustable height and angle settings help reduce bending and patient effort. Four heavy-duty VersaGuard-coated locking brackets secure the seat to the toilet, while an optional 6499A extra-wide bracket is available for extra-wide toilet bowls. The 6497A supports up to 300 lb evenly distributed, has a 6- to 7½-inch adjustable seat height, is designed to meet HCPCS E0244, and includes a 6-month limited warranty.
Multi-Position Open Padded Raised Toilet Seat Features
The unique open seat is designed to promote patient independence and facilitate perineal cleaning and bowel training. The front opening measures approximately 4¾ inches (12.1 cm) wide.
The seat can be rotated so the opening is positioned: At the front, on either side, or at the rear. This provides greater access to the perineal area and allows the seat to be configured according to the user's needs.
The seat incorporates a thick, heat-sealed padded surface. Graham Field identifies the padded construction as particularly suitable for users who need additional comfort.
Both the height and angle can be adjusted. This allows the seat to be positioned to maximize comfort and reduce the amount of bending and effort required when sitting down or standing up

We liked the seat a lot, unfortunately my husband had a stroke on 02/28/19 and will be in rehab for quite a while then to assisted living. I had to return by FedEx on 03/02/19 there wasn't any return paper or return sticker in or on box so I had to pay shipping $22.13. I'll be looking for a credit on my Visa card for the product. Thank you.
