The Lumex Bariatric Bath Seat is part of Graham Field's bariatric bathroom safety line. Its rust-resistant aluminum construction is designed for use in wet bathroom environments, while the blow-molded plastic seat provides a durable, easy-to-clean seating surface. The seat height adjusts in 1-inch increments, allowing the chair to be positioned at a suitable height for the user and bathing environment. The backrest version provides additional upper-body support and attaches without tools.
Lumex Bariatric Bath Seat without Backrest Features
The frame is made from anodized aluminum, providing a lightweight construction while offering durability and resistance to rust and corrosion—important characteristics for equipment used around water.
The seat is constructed from durable blow-molded plastic. This provides a rigid seating surface that is suitable for repeated bathing use and is relatively easy to clean.
The legs allow the seat height to be adjusted in 1-inch increments. The two configurations provide different height ranges: 7932A: 14"–17"; 7939A: 16"–20"
Both versions have a maximum capacity of 600 lb (272.16 kg), evenly distributed. The capacity should not be interpreted as permission to place the entire user's weight on one portion of the seat or frame.

Pleasantly Surprised
We purchased a Bariatric Chair back in April of this year. I was a little reluctant because I didn't know whether it would hold the weight that it needed to. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that it exceeded all of my expectations !! It held up as needed, and it surpasses all of our needs for our handicap. Excellent Product
