Transporting the Feather Chair could not be easier. The chair folds down into a small package. First, fold the backrest down and then pull up in the center of the seat. With optional quick-release wheels, a caregiver may easily remove the larger, back wheels with the push of a button. Once you've arrived at your destination, unfolding and attaching the wheels takes less than one minute.
The Feather Chair comes standard with full-length, permanently padded armrests. Swing away, removable legrests are standard, with an option to elevate them. The Feather Chair can support up to 250 pounds and features a comfy 18" wide seat. The chair features a 1" thick, well padded backrest and seat. There are various more inexpensive accessories that can be added to improve the comfort of the chair. Options include a travel bag, a drink holder, and a mobile phone holder.
