 The Therafin Theraslide Transfer Board offer a smooth transition from wheelchair to chair. 

The Therafin Theraslide Transfer Board with Vertical Hand Holes is 1/2" thick in the center and tapers to 1/4" on either end. This makes it easier for the patient to slide on and off the board during transfers. It is constructed from seven-ply birch base and has three additional plies form-laminated on top. This sliding board can hold up to 450 pounds and has two vertical hand holes for stability.

They are made from a 10-ply birch base with 1 additional ply laminated on top; 1/2" thick in the center section tapered to 1/4" at each end; finished with a walnut stain and three clear seal coats. See the details tab for additional features of the board. Stress tested to hold up to 450 pounds.
