Adjustable: The QUADTRO SELECT MID PROFILE is adjustable to your shape and weight and will adjust to changes in your position over time. Lightweight: Easy to handle and carry, at just 3 lbs/1.3 kg (QS99MPC). Varies by size. Washable: Cushion can be easily cleaned with soap and water. Repairable: The flame-resistant, black neoprene (not made with natural rubber latex) cushion can be patched or repaired to extend its use.

ISOFLO Memory Control® for Real-Time Positioning

At the core of the QUADTRO SELECT series is the patented ISOFLO Memory Control® valve. Pushing the green knob unlocks airflow across all four quadrants for easy inflation and body-conforming immersion. Pushing the red knob locks the air into separate quadrants, instantly setting custom pelvic tilt, correcting lateral lean, and locking in asymmetrical positioning.

Dynamic Skin Protection and Pressure Redistribution

The flexible neoprene air cells constantly adapt to the user's micro-movements, drastically reducing peak pressures over bony prominences like the ischial tuberosities and sacrum. This dry-floatation technology maintains blood flow and vascular integrity to mitigate the risk of pressure injuries (bedsores).

Adjustable Air-Cell Mechanics with Hand Pump Included

The cushion is fully custom-tunable to match changes in user weight, posture, or muscle tone over time. Using the included high-capacity hand pump, caregivers or users can quickly inflate or deflate the cushion to establish optimal immersion depth without removing the user from the seat.

Flame-Resistant and Fluid-Resistant Protective Cover

Each cushion includes a stretchable, fluid-resistant cover that expands with the air cells so skin immersion is never restricted. The cover features a non-skid rubberized bottom base to keep the cushion anchored on sling or solid wheelchair seats and is fully machine washable for simple hygiene management.
