With compression-molded, lightweight carbon fiber construction, the AGILITY CARBON combines high-strength performance with a streamlined design. The result is a precision-crafted seating system that looks as good as it feels. It is made to move you.

The 12 k tow flat weave, matted look, integrated hardware, and diamond weaved cover provides an aesthetically pleasing design. The AGILITY CARBON 12k Tow Flat Weave Carbon Fiber allows thinner layers of carbon fiber to lie closer together reducing the amount of resin used. This means more Carbon Fiber, greater strength, and lighter weight.

A selection of versatile back sizes, by width and height, accommodates a range of body types and postural needs.

Zytel’s tough, durable discs ratchet and lock into the carbon fiber to create a rock-solid backrest. When loosened, the discs allow the carbon fiber shell to rotate independently, providing 15 degrees of forward and rearward angle adjustment in 5 degree increments.

These innovative carbon fiber shells are compression molded – as opposed to having a foam core – and that makes for a stronger, thinner shell. – Shells can be flipped to accommodate multiple body types and shapes.

Integrated Minimalistic Hardware

With just a single clamp on either side, the AGILITY CARBON’s integrated hardware maintains a clean appearance while remaining smaller, lighter and stronger-than-typical fixed back hardware. The angular adjustment discs lock into the carbon fiber to create a rock-solid backrest. When loosened, the discs allow the carbon fiber shell to rotate independently, providing 15 degrees of forward and rearward angle adjustment in distinct 5 degree increments.

Construction

Back Shell: Carbon Fiber Back Cane Hardware: Aluminum. Angular Adjustment Discs are Zytel.

Cover: Front side is 100% polyester. Back side is 100% polyurethane-coated nylon and polyurethane-coated polyester.

Center top flap is 100% polyurethane-coated polyester with two flaps, located top and bottom, consisting of Neoprene and Nylon. Foam pad: Front layer – high resilient polyurethane foam; back layer – polyethylene foam.

Foam Insert: High resilient polyurethane foam.

Air Insert: Front is polyether polyurethane; back is urethane-film-coated nylon.

Includes: Back Shell, back shell and Cane hardware (fixed), cover, Foam Pad, Air Insert, Foam Insert, T Handle Wrench, Repair Kit, Hand Pump, Product Registration Card and instructions for use.

Weight Limit: AGILITY CARBON has a weight limit of 265 lbs. (120.2 kg) and must be properly sized to the individual.
