The Lumex® Battery-Powered Floor Lift by Graham Field is a full-body patient lift designed to provide caregivers with a safer, more secure method for transferring patients.
The Lumex® Battery-Powered Floor Lift by Graham Field provides caregivers with a sturdy and dependable solution for full-body patient transfers. Built with a heavy-gauge steel frame and a 24V DC-powered lifting system, the LF1050 supports users up to 400 lb evenly distributed. Its six-point spreader bar rotates 360° and accommodates 2-, 4-, and 6-point slings, while the adjustable base opens from 26" to 37.8" using a convenient foot pedal. The lift also features an ergonomic hand pendant, emergency stop button, manual lowering mechanism, low-battery warning, rubber-coated base legs, and large maneuvering handles. With a 4.7" floor clearance and 27.5"–68.1" spreader-bar height range, the Lumex LF1050 is designed to facilitate safer caregiver-assisted transfers in homecare, long-term care, rehabilitation and healthcare environments. An optional DSC250 digital scale is available, and the lift is designed to meet HCPCS E0635 requirements.
Lumex Powered Patient Lift Features
The LF1050 is equipped with a six-point spreader bar that rotates 360°. The rotating spreader bar is intended to facilitate positioning while maintaining the lift's full-body transfer functionality.
It uses a 24V DC motor to raise and lower the spreader bar. The lift is operated through its ergonomic hand pendant, while the electrical system provides visual and audible notification when the battery charge is low. The emergency/manual lowering system provides an alternative method of lowering the lift in the event of a power or control issue.
The base is opened and closed using an intuitive foot pedal, allowing caregivers to keep their hands available for positioning and maneuvering the lift. The relatively low 4.7" floor clearance also allows the lift base to pass beneath many beds and other equipment when appropriately configured.
The base legs feature a rubber coating intended to help protect furniture and walls during positioning and maneuvering. Large, easy-to-grip handles provide caregiver control when moving the lift.
This provides a convenient location for accessories such as the charger and/or sling-related items.
The LF1050 can be equipped with the optional Lumex DSC250 digital scale.
