JAY Ion Cushion Warranty
Every JAY Ion cushion base is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 24 months from purchase, assuming normal use. If a defect occurs within this period, Sunrise Medical will, at its discretion, repair or replace the cushion base free of charge.
This warranty excludes punctures, tears, burns, and the cushion's removable cover.
The removable outer and inner covers are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for six months from purchase, assuming normal use. If a defect occurs within this period, Sunrise Medical will, at its discretion, repair or replace the covers free of charge.
Claims and repairs should be handled through the nearest authorized supplier.
Except for the express warranties stated here, all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded.
No warranties extend beyond the description provided here. Remedies for breach of express warranties are limited to repair or replacement of the goods. In no event will damages for breach of any warranty include consequential damages or exceed the cost of the nonconforming goods.
