Three-Part Layered Foam Construction
The cushion features a multi-density design created for targeted pressure management. A firm High-Resiliency (HR) foam base maintains structural integrity, a soft HR top layer cradles seating contours, and an anatomically targeted viscoelastic memory foam insert provides immersion beneath sensitive ischial and sacral areas.
Anatomical Positioning Contours
Designed to promote posture alignment and midline leg positioning, the cushion incorporates pre-ischial contours, abductor/adductor leg troughs, and a trochanteric shelf for hip support. A waterfall/beveled front edge accommodates tight hamstrings and eases leg clearance during transfers.
Dual Cover Protection System
The cushion comes standard with two protective covers. The breathable, moisture-resistant outer cover features a slip-resistant base and hook-and-loop positioning fasteners.
