Your lift includes a separate warranty page. To register your lift, please submit this page within ten (10) days of purchase. Keep the warranty policy page in your Owner’s Manual for your records. Do not remove this page.
Harmar Mobility Warranty
Harmar Mobility warrants its lift products against defects in materials, mechanical, and electrical components (parts), excluding labor costs, batteries, paint, and covers, for three (3) years from the date of retail purchase. This warranty is valid provided the products have been installed, maintained, and operated correctly.
This warranty does not cover:
- Defects in vehicles on which Harmar products are installed.
- Defects in Harmar products caused by defects in any part of the vehicle upon which the product is installed.
- Maintenance or adjustments.
- Labor, consequential damage, or repair expenses.
- Loss of use of its products or loss of time.
The warranty is void if the product has been:
- Lost.
- Damaged by accident.
- Overstressed.
- Misused and/or neglected.
- Modified in any way.
Defective parts must be returned, prepaid, to Harmar for inspection before credit, repair, or replacement, at Harmar’s discretion. Harmar’s sole obligation and the exclusive remedy under this warranty is limited to such credit, repair, or replacement.
