This chair can be used on any surface due to the fixed front wheel. If you would like a swiveling front wheel option with your chair you can order the swivel wheel axis kit to replace your chair's fixed front wheel with a dual front wheel axis kit that can be used for indoor or outdoor walks if you want a swiveling front wheel option.
