We had never found shoes wide enough for my son, who was born with two big toes on his right foot. Even after corrective surgery, his foot could not fit into traditional shoes, so we had to buy shoes two or three sizes too large. With BILLY shoes, he finally has a pair that fits after seven years! He loves them, and the zipper makes them fun to wear. He has worn them hiking, fishing, hunting, and playing in the mud, yet they have held up remarkably well.

BILLY Footwear warrants all footwear to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase, when purchased from billyfootwear.com. The footwear warranty covers defect of workmanship and materials, but does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure or extensive use. If a BILLY Footwear product is found to be defective after inspection by a warranty technician, BILLY Footwear will repair or replace the product with an existing comparable model at the technician’s discretion. BILLY Footwear is not liable for any damages, losses and/or costs incurred resulting from the loss or usage of our products.
