The Medline EqualizeAire Plus 9000 Mattress is a self-adjusting, convertible pressure-redistribution mattress system designed to provide therapeutic support while adapting its air-cell pressure to the patient's profile. The system uses nine 5-inch air cells, four anatomically designed pressure-relief zones, and a cell-on-cell construction that helps prevent bottoming out during a power outage. Medline's published documentation gives the EqualizeAire Plus 9000 a 500-lb weight capacity.
The pump is optional and is not included with the mattress. The pump is sold separately.
