The Jazzy Carbon 27X is a lightweight, travel-friendly power wheelchair built for people who want everyday comfort without the “bulky scooter” feel. Featuring a carbon-fiber frame and a compact folding design!
What sets the Jazzy Carbon 27X apart is how it combines premium portability with a "true power chair" feel. Its carbon-fiber frame keeps the chair lighter (just 27 lbs without battery) for transport while remaining solid and durable. Unlike many ultra-portable chairs, the 27X features a unique cross-folding frame for a compact footprint.
It cruises up to 3.7 mph, handles tight spaces with a 35.4" turning radius, and delivers up to 10 miles per charge. With the airline-compliant lithium battery option and removable accessory mount, the 27X is designed to keep you moving anywhere you go.

Warranty Information
FIVE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
For five (5) years from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship:
- Structural frame components, including: Main Frame
13-MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY
For one (13) months from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship:
Electronic components, including:
- Charger Assembly
- Controller
- Joystick
- Electrical Harness
Main frame assemblies, including:
- Anti-tip forks
- Caster forks
- Metal seat framing
- Accessories
- Front rigging mounting brackets
Other components, including:
- Brakes (electronic function ONLY)
- Motor/gearbox assembly
- Bearings and bushings
- Plastic components, excluding body
13-MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY: Batteries
The batteries are covered by a separate 13-month warranty, provided by the battery manufacturer. The batteries are not warranted by Pride.
RECONDITIONED UNITS WARRANTY
All reconditioned units are covered by a six-month warranty from Pride effective from the date of purchase.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
- ABS Plastic shrouds and footrests
- Motor brushes, Upholstery and seating
- Brake pads (wear items)
- Fuses
- Tires and tubes (wear items)
- Circumstances beyond the control of Pride
- Labor, service calls, shipping and other charges incurred for repair of the product, unless specifically authorized by Pride Mobility Products Corp.
- Repairs and/or modifications made to any part without specific consent from Pride
Exclusions also include components with damage caused by:
- Contamination
- Abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence
- Battery fluid spillage or leakage
- Commercial use, or use other than normal
- Improper operation, maintenance, or storage
