Easy to clean and maintain, it also includes an extra cover for added convenience.
Unlike adult cushions adapted for smaller frames, the JAY Zip is designed from the ground up with kids in mind, considering their developing bodies and active lifestyles, and features a dual-layered contoured foam base for optimal pressure distribution. Personalize it further with colorful sidebands (blue, red, toxic green, purple, and pink).

Skin protection and positioning kids' wheelchair cushion. The JAY Zip® is wheelchair seating designed specifically for kids! The Zip cushion provides comfortable skin protection and positioning that is both anti-microbial and convenient.
The Zip kids wheelchair cushion's dual-layered foam base combines structural support and comfort. Typically, a child using an 8" wide cushion may require a slightly softer foam than a child using a 14" wide cushion. For this reason, the firmness of the Zip's foam base increases with the cushion width.
When it comes to pediatric mobility, every pound holds more weight. Because of their low body weights, children's independence is greatly impacted with every added pound. That's why JAY engineers designed the Zip to weigh as little as 1.2 pounds!
The Zip's inner cover is water-resistant and easy to wipe off and clean, while its Aqua-guard zipper and anti-wicking thread protect the foam base from fluids. The machine-washable, stretch outer cover utilizes naturally anti-microbial, silver-impregnated Ionic+™ fiber. Since kids love to make messes, we send an extra outer cover with every Zip cushion!
Through the JAY Your Way modification program, the Zip cushion can be ordered with colored outer cover sidebands to complement a child's wheelchair at no additional cost. Choose from blue, red, toxic green, purple, and pink!

JAY ZIP Cushion Warranty
Every JAY ZIP cushion base is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase, provided normal use. Should a defect in materials or workmanship occur within 24 months from the original date of purchase, Sunrise Medical will, at its option, repair or replace it without charge. This warranty does not apply to punctures, tears or burns, nor to the cushion’s removable cover.
The removable cover is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase, provided normal use. Should a defect in materials or workmanship occur within six (6) months from the original date of purchase, Sunrise Medical will, at its option, repair or replace it without charge.
Claims and repairs should be processed through the nearest authorized supplier. Except for express warranties made herein, all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and warranties of fitness for a particular purpose are excluded.
There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. Remedies for breach of express warranties herein are limited to repair or replacement of the goods. In no event shall damages for breach of any warranty include any consequential damages or exceed the cost of nonconforming goods sold.
