Available Accessories
Made of elastic neoprene, the 4-point harness facilitates the user’s support and positioning. Comfortable and flexible, it is very useful during the race.
The wide and comfortable belt allows users to be positioned securely at the bottom of the seat. A layer of comfort foam prevents direct contact with the buckle.
The Stabilo neoprene positioning cushion, can be custom-shaped using vacuum technology. Waterproof, it offers additional support by perfectly conforming to the user’s body shape.
The headrest is covered with comfortable foam and adapts to the user’s position. It is adjustable forwards, backwards and in height.
The thermal cover shields the user from cold and rain. Lined with fleece, it ensures warmth and comfort. Available in two sizes: M and L.
The canopy is crafted from anti-UV materials, making it ideal for protection against the sun, rain, and wind while running or walking.
The wheelchair umbrella option is installed on the push bar and can be adjusted based on sun exposure. Its asymmetrical shape minimizes wind resistance.
The Hippocampe Marathon and Trail has been designed to be used on roads and, thanks to its optional trail wheels, on paths and trails.
Installed on the handlebar, the easy push handles adaptation allows you to clip the handles of the chair vertically and position them according to the pusher’s preferences.
When traveling by car or plane, the wheelchair transport bag protects the Hippocampe Marathon wheelchair.
The Wheelchair backrest bag attaches to the back of the frame, allowing users to carry personal items during races, trails, and hikes.
With this bag, trail or 24” road wheels are protected. Ideal for transport, this bag is equipped with two handles.
The bottle is fixed thanks to its support on the push bar.

, and Ironman. I don’t know what more one could want… Oh yes, from a safety perspective, the belt and/or harness are adjustable and secure. From a comfort perspective, never a bedsore despite hundreds of kilometers traveled each month. It doesn’t have 5 stars for two reasons: the assembly is so precise that it’s not that simple, BUT that’s typical of manufactured products. The second aspect is that the center of mass is quite far back, which causes a rather quick backward tilt if you’re not alert! Overall, there’s nothing better currently on the market in terms of weight, performance, and practicality. Bonus: Made in France!”

Je ne sais pas ce qu’il faut de plus… Ah si, d’un point de vue sécurité, la ceinture et/ou le harnais sont ajustés et réglables. D’un point de vue confort, jamais un escarre malgré des centaines de kilomètres parcourus chaque mois. Il n’a pas 5 étoiles pour deux raisons : le montage est tellement ajusté qu’il n’est pas si simple que ça, MAIS c’est le propre des produits manufacturés. Le 2ème aspect est que le centre de masse est pas mal en arrière, ce qui provoque une bascule postérieure assez rapid”

“Translation : I first had the beach and all-terrain Hippocampe wheelchair, then I got the marathon wheelchair.
So, I got the balloon wheels for the hippocampe which are necessary for the beach. I love it. Now I am much more comfortable on it and the attached umbrella protects me from the sun. My parents find it very practical for moving on the sand. These two wheelchairs have given me a freedom I had never known before for my outings. They are so practical for accompanying my assistance dog Impoo on outings and for training and competitions. I ❤️ it.”
J’ai eu en premier le fauteuil hippocampe plage et tout terrain puis j’ai eu le fauteuil marathon.
Du coup j’ai pris les roues ballons pour l’hippocampe nécessaires pour la plage. J’adore. Au moins je suis bien plus confortable dessus et l’ombrelle fixée me protège du soleil. Mes parents trouvent très pratique pour avancer sur le sable. Ces 2 fauteuils m’ont permis une liberté jamais connue avant pour mes sorties. Ils sont tellement pratiques pour accompagner en sortie mon chien d’assistance Impoo et pour faire des entrainements et compétitions. J’ ❤️”
