The warmer is designed to provide even heating of ultrasound gel or lotion bottles. The improved sleeve holds the bottle deeper inside the warmer than the previous design, helping promote more uniform heating.
The unit provides an adjustable operating temperature. The current instructions specify a product temperature range of approximately 90°F–122°F, while Graham Field's product listing specifies 90°F–120°F ±3°F.
Two configurations are available: GF108: Holds one 8 oz (236.6 mL) bottle. GW208: Holds two 8 oz (236.6 mL) bottles.
The warmer can be placed on a flat, stable surface or mounted to a wall using the keyhole slots on the back. Wall-mounting hardware should be capable of supporting at least 6 lb.
The warmer incorporates an illuminated ON/OFF switch and temperature adjustment control. The control can be adjusted gradually to increase or decrease the operating temperature.
Gels and lotions starting at room temperature can require up to approximately 45 minutes to reach a comfortable temperature. Graham Field recommends allowing sufficient time for the product to warm before use.
