Warranties remain valid under normal usage conditions and if the unit remains unaltered.
During this period, ACI. will replace defective parts or equipment with new or reconditioned parts at ACI's. sole discretion, without charge to customers before the 90-day free shipping. After the 90-day period, the customer is required to pay for shipping of any replacement parts.
This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
If you put a Institutional Equalizer Exercise in an Industrial Facility/Atmosphere without prior approval and validating warranty coverage, it may not get a warranty coverage and it will be upon sole discretion of ACI management (it is not recommended to use Institutional products in Industrial Atmosphere).
Institutional Facility/Atmosphere - non-dues paying facilities that have supervision or instruction e.g. rehab centers, home use, etc. Industrial Atmosphere/Facility - facility and/or facilities without supervision or have membership (dues) fees e.g, hospital, hotel, military, YMCA, etc.
For any warranty claims, a work order must be raised and an Authorization Number must be issued by ACI and obtained by the Dealer prior to repair proceedings. Dealer bears all liability for costs incurred on repairs conducted prior to approval and issuance of an Authorization Number by ACI in order to start a warranty process.
Upon receipt of your unit(s) please inspect and count all boxes; note any damage, missing boxes, or discrepancies on your bill of lading prior to signing for your merchandise. In case of any such issues, please contact ACI with proper photographs and detailed description of the problem to validate the claim.
Warranties may be voided by abusive use or alterations made to the unit. To obtain warranty service, please obtain an Authorization Number and it may be necessary to return damaged parts to ACI. Any missing parts must be reported within 1- week of receipt of unit(s).
Kindly ensure you have your proof of purchase ready, your sales receipt should clearly display the purchase date.
