My four-star note is the absence of a storage basket. The M10 at a lower price includes a basket; the M20 at a premium price does not. For daily errand use, having somewhere to put things is a genuine practical need.

I bought the M20 for my wife and she loves it. It’s given her a lot more freedom again. The motor runs smoothly, the battery gets her through a full day of shopping, and the chair is easy for her to maneuver. She learned the controls very quickly. We’ve been very happy with it.
