The M10 doesn’t.

Mom used to wait for one of us to drive her to the store. Since the M10 arrived six weeks ago, she goes herself. The storage basket fits a reasonable grocery load — she’s done eight solo trips and comes home with everything she needed. The armrests mean she’s comfortable for the fifteen-minute ride. The 250W brushless motor handles the slight slope on her route without strain. At the price we paid, we expected something functional. We got something that genuinely gave her independence back.
