Its BILLY Short Wrap Zipper makes footwear entry and removal more convenient, while adjustable laces help create a secure and personalized fit.
Roomy Construction for a More Flexible Fit
A specially developed shoe shape provides increased width and volume through the toe box, vamp, quarter, and heel areas. The triple-layer warp-knit polyester lining is designed for durability and enhanced tear resistance, while the additional interior space helps accommodate different foot requirements and orthotic setups. With Medium, Wide, and Extra-Wide options, the BILLY Goat offers greater flexibility when selecting a comfortable fit.
Supportive Cushioning for Everyday Movement
Underfoot comfort is supported by a multilayer, multi-density insole system designed to provide cushioning, alignment, stability, and impact reduction around the heel and joints. An anatomical arch support helps support foot positioning, while a contoured heel cup with additional padding provides a secure heel environment. Two additional spacer insoles and a dense foam wedge insert offer further depth and stability adjustments, while the lateral heel flare and subtle forefoot rocker are designed to assist forward movement during walking.

Billy Goat shoe is a good sturdy shoes, they accommodate my client that has one foot bigger then the other by selling two different size shoes and with the zipper that goes across the top and side with shoe strings lace up the front he doesnt feel as if people are looking at him as if he was deformed.

The fit is good. The only problem is with the zippers. They are very stiff and jam up in their tracks. Is there some way to lubricate them with wax? It seems like there isn't enough clearance on the side of the teeth to allow the zip to pass without rubbing. We thought about returning them, but they are still easier to put on and take off. But the user still can't complete the job independently.

Terrible. 45 year old severely handicapped son. Doctor intimated we must buy These Shoes. Dr. Decided to change AFO style Billy Goat too low to work with AFO. Tried to return, but website confusing, tried to get help from Billy. None. Shoes took two weeks to arrive from time of order. Finally got through on December 18 to beg for help with return. Billy replied on December 21. "YOU CANNOT RETURN SHOES, THAT EXPIRED ON DECEMBER 20." Out the cost of shoes. NEVER AGAIN. ZERO HELP for parent of our needy son. Took the money, we are stuck with unusable shoes. We will stick with buying a product IN PERSON. Extremely disappointed.

BILLY Footwear warrants all footwear to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase, when purchased from billyfootwear.com.
