Durable Construction with Adjustable Interior Depth
Built for regular wear, these high tops feature a triple-layer warp-knit polyester lining designed to improve durability and resist tearing. The rubber outsole and egg-crate-pattern rubber midsole provide a sturdy foundation, while two removable 3 mm insoles allow the interior depth to be adjusted to suit individual footwear needs.

We bought a pair back in October, and the zipper broke in November. At first I was really upset, but then I found the short-term warranty on the website. I started the replacement process, and we received the new pair pretty quickly. Luckily, I was able to pick up shoes for my son at Walmart in the meantime. He wears AFOs, so I need something wide. Fingers crossed these new ones work. The person who helped me was very helpful and said she had another pair in mind if these don't work with his braces.

Policy covers specific Footwear.
BILLY Footwear warrants all footwear to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase, when purchased from billyfootwear.com. The footwear warranty covers defect of workmanship and materials, but does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure or extensive use. If a BILLY Footwear product is found to be defective after inspection by a warranty technician, BILLY Footwear will repair or replace the product with an existing comparable model at the technician’s discretion. BILLY Footwear is not liable for any damages, losses and/or costs incurred resulting from the loss or usage of our products.

Warranty policy is subject to the following limitations:
