The Adaptive Kids BILLY Classic D|R II High Tops is specially designed to provide additional room for children who wear ankle-foot orthoses (AFOs), braces, orthotics, or prosthetics. Its custom-developed shoe shape offers extra width and volume throughout the toe box, vamp, quarter, and heel areas. With its classic black canvas upper and adaptive construction, this high-top style combines everyday versatility with practical fitting options.
Full Wrap Zipper for Easy On and Off
Getting shoes on and off can be easier with BILLY's signature Full Wrap Zipper configuration. The wraparound opening provides convenient access to the foot, while adjustable, functional laces help customize the fit. Designed with the needs of growing children in mind, these high tops are available in Medium, Wide, and Extra Wide options to accommodate different foot shapes and fitting requirements.
Adjustable Depth and Durable Construction
Two removable 3 mm insoles allow the interior depth to be adjusted to suit individual needs, offering additional flexibility when accommodating braces and orthotic devices. Inside, the triple-layer warp-knit polyester lining is designed to withstand regular wear with improved resistance to tearing. A durable rubber outsole and distinctive egg-crate-pattern rubber midsole complete this practical adaptive high-top design.

I'm so very grateful that I was able to find shoes that fit comfortably with my daughter's AFO's. When she was younger I was able to find shoes but as she's gotten older it was getting harder. Policy covers specific Footwear.
BILLY Footwear warrants all footwear to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase, when purchased from billyfootwear.com. The footwear warranty covers defect of workmanship and materials, but does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure or extensive use. If a BILLY Footwear product is found to be defective after inspection by a warranty technician, BILLY Footwear will repair or replace the product with an existing comparable model at the technician’s discretion. BILLY Footwear is not liable for any damages, losses and/or costs incurred resulting from the loss or usage of our products.
