Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accident or alterations are excluded and will not be paid. Distributor or Manufacturer shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages whatsoever.
The warranty does not cover the following: light shipping damages, customer dissatisfaction with the functionality, use or appearance of the product, damage from installation of the product, lost or stolen packages, or products misplaced or lost by the customer. In the event of a product or part recall, Manufacturer will send necessary replacements directly to dealers referencing PO numbers and it is then the responsibility of the dealer to distribute parts and/or products to the customers.

Helped me really get it back
Ever since my injury I have been looking for something that would allow me to be on top again. With a spinal cord injury it is difficult to be on top , control yourself, and enjoy what you are doing when you are physically being challenged at the same time. With the intimate rider I can comfortably and effortlessly be on top again and truly enjoy the experience. Amazing product. It is stable, easy to get on and off and I love how it folds up and desperately goes right under my bed. It is a must have for anyone dealing with paralysis. I can see this being great for both the new injury that is just trying to get back into the swing of things with a wife or girlfriend or a long time injury that has been searching and wishing to be on top again. So many positions so little time. Have fun with yours I know I am with mine.
