All products are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. Carbon Fiber Products: Limited 3-year warranty. The limited 3-year warranty applies to all Vapor Wheels branded complete carbon wheel sets. Under the limited warranty, Vapor Wheels certifies all wheels to be free from defects in materials and workmanship* and applies to the original owner. Vapor Wheels warrants to the original owner that this new wheel shall be free of defective materials and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of the original purchase (proof of purchase required) provided the wheel is operated under normal conditions and use. During this warranty period, Vapor Wheels shall repair or replace, at its sole option, all parts that are found by Vapor Wheels to be defective and subject to this Limited Warranty with this exception: Vapor Wheels will offer replacement parts on any wheels no longer in production / obsolete that otherwise fall within the time constraints of this warranty. Normal & expected wear and tear issues will also not be accepted. Wear and tear is defined as damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal wear or aging. Contact Vapor Wheels for details. Aluminum Alloy Products: We offer a two-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship on all Vapor Wheels products. Vapor Wheels will repair or replace, at our discretion, any affected components or assemblies. The warranty will apply to stems, hub shells, axles, spokes, and rims. The intended application of Vapor Wheels products are non-motorized, single user wheelchairs. Vapor Wheels will not be able to provide warranty support or assume liability for hubs or wheels that are utilized outside of their intended purpose. This warranty covers materials and workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear, such as bearing wear, or damage due to lack of proper service intervals. Spokes will be warranted against defects, but not extreme use accidents, mechanical failure, or foreign object intrusion. Aluminum rims are covered under the two-year warranty but are not warrantied for impact or crash damage. Use of non-authorized aftermarket adaptors and/or modification of axles, hubs, spokes or any other component may result in a voided warranty. Modification of rim finish or graphics by use of stripping solvents or chemicals will void rim warranty. Normal & expected wear and tear issues will not be accepted.
