Replacement base only. Specifically for use with Sure-Grip accessories. You can see the red button on the base in the first photo. That is the button that releases the attachments from the base. This base doesn't mark or scuff your steering wheel like some other steering wheel attachments for amputees or people with paralysis in their hands and arms.
