The Superlight Helmet, by TSG
EXCEPTIONAL PROTECTION (CPSC & EN1078 Certified):
The Superlight helmet is made with in-mold construction, which is a technique that connects the shock absorbing EPS liner directly to the polycarbonate shells to create a lightweight and strong structure. This helmet is certified with the CPSC US-American bike helmet standard and EN 1078 European bike and skateboard helmet standard.
LOW FIT DESIGN:
The helmet’s Low Fit design fully protects the entire back & sides of your head without impairing field of vision or restricting movement.
SNUG FIT:
The Superlight helmet features the Snug Fit technology, which is designed to exactly follow the curves of the human head shape and achieve a so-called contact ring in the helmet, allowing the head to touch the helmet all around, wobble-free. It also comes with two sizes of pads to adjust your size.
COMFORTABLE & WELL VENTILATED:
The Superlight helmet is extremely lightweight, only 300 g / 0.66 lb, so it’s comfortable to wear & doesn’t put a strain on your neck. It also has premium heat-sealed padding (in two sizes) that is machine/hand-washable, pre-formed and quick drying, so your helmet stays fresh. This helmet also has 14 vents with air flow channels that provide cooling air & exhaust warm air to help reduce discomfort from sweating.
TRUSTED BY PROFESSIONAL RIDERS:
The Super Light helmet is used by skateboard & bike pros such as Pontus Bjoern, Erik Fedko, Juergen Horrwarth and many more, including Olympic and X Games riders.
Superlight Helmet, by TSG Buyer’s Guide

Popular among wheelchair athletes, adaptive cyclists, and urban commuters, it blends minimalist styling with robust safety standards. The Superlight is designed for those who need a reliable helmet that feels barely there.
TSG Superlight Helmet Featherweight Construction
Weighing only around 300 grams, the TSG helmet is one of the lightest certified models in its category. The in-mold construction fuses the tough polycarbonate outer shell with an EPS foam liner, reducing bulk without compromising impact absorption. This featherweight feel helps prevent neck strain during extended wear.
Secure Low-Profile Fit
The Superlight Helmet sits deeper on the head than many traditional designs, providing extra coverage without a bulky silhouette. TSG’s Tuned Fit System includes interchangeable pads of varying thicknesses to create a snug, customized fit. The low profile also accommodates headphones, caps, or adaptive headrests without interference.
Superlight Wheelchair Helmet Ventilation Channels
The Superlight Helmet has thirteen strategically placed vents to guide airflow across the scalp to dissipate heat. These large vents help keep users cool even during strenuous activity or hot weather. The internal airflow channels direct moisture away from the forehead, reducing sweat buildup.
Durable Outer Shell
The TSG helmets polycarbonate shell resists scratches and minor impacts, preserving the helmet’s appearance over time. The matte finish reduces glare and contributes to the helmet’s discreet aesthetic. This durability supports daily commuting, sports, and travel.
TSG Wheelchair Helmet Adjustable Fit
Designed with safety and comfort in mind the superlight helmet features a soft, moisture-wicking chin strap includes a standard buckle for fast on-and-off access. The strap’s position can be fine-tuned to prevent shifting or pressure under the jaw. This adjustability improves comfort during longer sessions.
Easy Maintenance
The TSG superlight wheelchair helmet has removable interior pads that can be washed and air-dried to maintain hygiene. The shell can be cleaned with mild soap and water. Simple care routines keep the helmet fresh and ready for daily use.
