SURE-GRIP SPINNER KNOBS
Minimal Steering Wheel Damage: Our clamshell style base distributes the clamping force across the maximum possible area, reducing the pressure points that damage steering wheels.
Easy Spinning: This is the only spinner knob on the market with built-in racer bearings. (Rendering Needed).
Quick Release: Removing the knob from the base is as simple as pushing the red release button on the base.
Easy Insertion: The taper on the end of the pin makes sliding the knob back into the base a breeze. No need to press the release button, just press it in and go. (Rendering required)
Available in Wood Grain: Solid wood spinner gives you a classic look and is ideal for vehicles with wood grain interior panels. (Needs picture)

This steering device really helps following shoulder replacement surgery. I have less pain when steering my pick-up truck and can drive longer as a result. Highly recommended!
What a great product! As a truck driver on an every day basis puts a lot of strain on the hands and arms on every turn. My steering in turning right or left is so much easier than before. The stress on my hand in my forearm was causing major stress on my muscles and Pain was being developed because of the stress. I quickly release that with this product, it really works.
I installed my knob, with no incerts ( Dodge Grand Caravan SXT). Unfortunately 1 screw will not go all tbe way in the frame seams to be uneven. 1 crew fully installed and 1 screw 3/4 screwed in is still VERY strurdy no wiggling at all.
I’m very happy with the quality of the spinner knob. Mechanically it is well built and sturdy. My steering wheel is a bit thicker than the mount accounted for, so including another shim might be a consideration for the manufacturer. The whole unit (and knob) is bigger than I had expected and I remove the knob for highway driving for safety, but, again, it is well built and I use it for every drive in town.
