Smartdrive batteries do last a long time, but after so many charges even the best batteries need replacement. This battery pack replacement will include a shipping label back to the manufacturer, where they will replace the battery internal power pack and then also will include the return shipping back to you. Once you have placed the order for this battery replacement we will contact you and email you a shipping label so you can ship your drive unit. Please make sure to put down your smartdrive serial number fount on the underside of the drive unit and is a 6 digit number.
